Well done to the Senior ladies who got the season off to a winning start with a 3-12 to 0-8 win over Eastern Harps in the warm up league. The team was: Kate Brehony, Katie Gilligan, Hannah Willis, Leah Mullaney, Sorcha Mullaney, Naomh Quinn, Ciara Gilligan (0-1), Ruby Clark (0-1), Isobel Clark (1-1), Róisín Kearns (0-1), Erin Mullaney (0-2), Penny Barlow (0-1), Céilí Faughnan (0-3), Aaleasha Sweeney (2-1), Chloe McTiernan (0-1).  Congrats to Katie Gilligan, Penny Barlow and Aaleasha Sweeney who made their competitive debut today for the Senior team. They now take on CT Gaels next Sunday in the first round of the league at 10.30AM. 
It is just two weeks now to the start of our new coaching season with our nursery program starting on Saturday 6th April in Riverstown Park. U6 and U7 Boys and Girls start at 9.45AM to 10.30AM, U9 Boys start at 10.00AM to 11.00AM while the U8 and U10 Girls are on from 10.30AM to 11.30AM - all welcome.
As part of our ongoing efforts to include all members of our community in our activities, we are hoping to start fun coaching sessions for children with additional needs and their families. Reminder to all parents that the closing date for registration of 31st March is fast approaching and you need to register on foireann - If you have issues with registration on the app please contact Michelle McMorrow or Mary Quinn.
The men's season kicks off on Thursday with the U18's taking on St John's away at 6.30PM while the Seniors kick off the Spring League the following weekend with a home game against St Molaise Gaels.
The winner of last week's 50/50 draw was Mary Jinks who won a whopping €1,062.
