It was with sadness that we learned of the passing this week of two former club officers, John Moore, Ballisodare and Joe Gildea, Riverstown. John was a former Chairperson of our Bord Ná Nóg and was also involved in coaching in the club. A minutes silence was held at the recent Club meeting in John's memory. Joe Gildea had a long association with the club down through the year and also served as Treasurer of our Bord Ná Nóg. We express sympathy with their families, relatives and friends on their passing. We also express sympathy with the family, relatives and friends of Noreen Currid, Dublin and formerly of Sooey who passed away last week.
